Our Activities.
We came up different activities to tackle different aspect of our mental wellness.
Activity 1. Visualisation Meditation
Overview: This visualisation meditation is a guided relaxation script in which you recall and think about the happy memories. This will help liven your mood throughout that period of time.
Duration: 3 minutes
Leave No Trace Principle: Be considerate of other visitors.
Ensure that you are not obstructing the path of other users!
Activity 2. Connecting with the Earth
Overview: This is a guided relaxation script in which you will be focusing on your sense of touch and sight. This will help you feel like you are one with the Earth.
Duration: 2 minutes
Leave No Trace Principle: Respect Wildlife.
It is all right to touch and interact with wildlife, however, make sure that you do no hurt, injure or destroy them!
Activity 3. Relationship with Trees
Overview: In this activity, we explore important parts of a personality just as we would observe the different parts that make up a tree. Each of the different tree parts is used as a metaphor to get to know each other better.
Duration: 3 minutes
Leave No Trace Principle: Leave What You Find
Remember to leave behind whatever you have picked up in nature!
Activity 4. Connecting with Nature
Overview: In this activity, you will be able to use your imagination and creativity to portray it out in nature. This allows you to identify some secret talents of arts that you do not know you have within you.
Duration: 10 minutes
Leave No Trace Principle: Leave What You Find
Remember to leave behind whatever you have picked up in nature!
Activity 5. Friends with Trees
Overview: This is a solo activity where you will interact with the tree personally. Find a quiet spot for yourself to sit and lie down. Make yourself comfortable and become one with the tree.
Duration: 3 minutes
Leave No Trace Principle: Be Considerate of Other Visitors.
Ensure that you are not obstructing the path of other users!
Activity 6. Relationship Walk
Overview: The aim of this relationship walk is to work on the fundamental values of creating friendships: trust, acceptance, appreciation, gratitude, creativity, and truly knowing the other person.
Duration: 55 minutes
Leave No Trace Principle: Travel on durable surfaces.
Do not excessively stomp, step or rub against the flora and faunas!
