Walking in Nature: Studies shows a decrease in activity area of the brain linked to the risk for depression.
View of Nature: Reduce anger, fear and stress. Increase pleasant feeling, memory and attention.
Nature vs Urban: User will understand that being in nature improves one psychological well being.
Feeling: Focuses on participants' thoughts and opinions. This is proved to be a healthy way to deal with emotions.
Barefooted: Getting outside and walking barefooted has been shown to help regulate the nervous system, strengthen immunity and reduce feelings, stress, anxiety and blood viscosity.
Instructions.

Let’s begin with finding any green patch.

Now, take off your footwear and allow your feet to make direct contact with the Earth’s soil.

Walk around the area barefooted and feel the touch of nature against your skin.

Observe the beauty of the greeneries around you. While observing, choose anything you like that is around you and discover the beauty of it.

Look around you. How is the view of nature different from the urban scenes?

Notice your feelings, immerse yourself in this positivity. How did the difference make you feel?
