This visualisation meditation is a guided relaxation script in which you will recall and think about the happy memories. This will help liven up your mood throughout that period of time.

Concept.

Nature Sounds: Improve relaxation and attention, attain better sleep, and increase feeling of positivity.

Positive Thinking: Better psychological and physical well-being. Lower distress level and depression rates. Talking about your feelings can help you stay in good mental health and deal with times when you feel troubled.

 

Inhaling smell of nature: Plants and trees emitted a substance called 'phytoncides'. It reduces stress, and lowering blood sugar and have better concentration.

Instructions.

  1. Let’s begin with finding a comfortable sitting position. Now close your eyes and let your body relax.

  2. When you are ready, press “play”.

  3. Recall a positive life situation that had happened. It can be a birthday party, graduation day or it can be even getting your very first pet.

  4. Feel the excitement you had when you first experienced. Note the way you feel, act, and behave. How does it feel? Is it genuine happiness… neutral… or excited?

  5. Slowly breathe in the fresh smell of nature, filling your lungs with air completely. Now exhale… and slowly breathe out.

  6. Inhale the smell of nature… the plants… the trees surrounding you.

  7. Focus on your breath. If unwanted thoughts creep in, ignore it, and concentrate on your breathing. When breathing out, bring along any form of distraction too. 

  8. Breathe in… 2, 3, 4… hold… exhale… 2,3,4,5. Continue to breathe like this, slowly and deeply. In… hold… out… In… hold… out…

  9. When you feel that you are ready, you can open your eyes and return to full wakefulness, feeling alert, and refreshed.

  10. Well done! You have reached the end of visualization meditation. Goodbye!
